Workflow of this plan

The micro water value can be reduced by half every cycle until the micro water value measured at the outlet is lower than the set value, and then run another cycle. System CompositionGas drying and filtering module, micro water testing module, vacuum and compression module, pipeline, solenoid valve, microcomputer fully automatic control module;
Gas drying and filtering module:
The equipment includes a set of moisture drying and filtering devices, a set of drying module resurrection devices, and a pressure adjustable system.
Pressure adjustable system: within the designed pressure range, it can be set through a microcomputer;
Drying module revival device: If it is detected that the drying module is absorbing moisture close to saturation, the page prompts the operator and automatically starts the drying module revival process according to the operator's instructions.
In order not to affect work efficiency, the drying module resurrection device should be turned on during non working hours as much as possible.
Moisture drying and filtering device, when the recovered gas passes through the device, water molecules and particulate impurities are filtered, and SF6 can pass through.
Micro water testing moduleImported sensors are embedded in the system pipeline, and micro water test data is displayed on the touch screen; , can display the micro water during recycling and refilling;
Vacuum pumping and compressor moduleRecover the gas inside the chamber into this equipment, dry it, and then recharge it back into the chamber; After the completion of micro water treatment, the pressure in the air chamber is maintained at the factory pressure value.
