JBC flat bag dust collector

Introduction
The JBC series bag filter has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, low vibration and noise, and high efficiency. Especially the B-type dust removal unit can be directly installed on the dust point, eliminating the need for connecting air ducts and simplifying the dust removal system. The JBC series bag filter is divided into Type A and Type B. Type A has a separate ash hopper and discharge device, while Type B does not have a separate ash hopper. The ash hopper is both a discharge port and a suction port. A. Type B is divided into Type I and Type II according to the installation method of the fan. Type I fan is installed on the dust collector body, while Type II fan is installed on the side of the dust collector.
Construction and working principle
(1) Construction. Type A consists of a filtering part, a vibration device, an exhaust device, a discharge device, and an air duct; The B-type consists of four parts: filtration section, vibration device, exhaust device, and connecting pipe.
(2) Working principle. The dusty gas enters the box through the suction port (B-type from the ash hopper), is filtered by a cloth bag, and the clean gas flows from the inside of the cloth bag to the right into the exhaust box, which is discharged by the exhaust device. And the filtered dust adheres to the outer wall of the bag, causing the resistance to increase. After reaching a certain value, the vibration motor is turned on to achieve vibration cleaning.
