Technical principles

Manually add the bottles to the storage bin for storage. The bottles in the storage bin will be automatically quantified and lifted to the turntable at a set speed. The turntable rotates at high speed to supply the bottles in the specified direction, and non-standard bottles will be removed by a web wheel. The bottle sorting mechanism sends the bottles supplied by the turntable one by one to the bottle sorting section at the specified speed. The sorting section clamps the bottles on both sides of the conveyor belt and transports them to the working surface of the conveyor. During the transportation process, the bottles that have been flipped and electrostatically removed will be sorted out one by one in the specified direction and speed by the conveyor belt through the flipping mechanism and electrostatic dust removal mechanism; The electronic control system achieves real-time monitoring and feedback through sensors in various parts, meeting the requirements of fully automated operation.
