The bottles manually added to the bottle warehouse (which has a minimum material level electric eye prompt for adding bottles) are lifted by the bottle warehouse elevator and sent into the bottle sorting cylinder (which has an over material level electric eye control material level). The bottles entering the cylinder freely fall into the bottle sorting star gear groove. According to the natural characteristics of the bottles, the reverse bottle with the bottle mouth facing downwards is sorted into a positive bottle with the bottle mouth facing upwards by a dedicated reverse bottle mechanism, and then output in line to the next process.

The bottle warehouse has no automatic alarm prompt function for bottles.

Storage and lifting mechanism:
Stainless steel large capacity silo, with a large capacity, does not require frequent feeding, and automatically alarms when there are no bottles.
The bottle storage compartment door can be automatically opened and closed through pneumatic control, making it convenient for feeding and dust prevention.

Bottle sorting output mechanism:
The bottles enter the bottle sorting turntable through the lifting mechanism, and the mixing mechanism rotates at high speed, causing the bottles to fall into the star wheel groove one by one. The bottle sorting star wheel rotates continuously, and the bottles are sorted into a flat shape with the bottle mouth facing upwards through the anti bottle mechanism, and then output in a queue.
