(2) The motor returns to turn off the gas - there are two options for "Yes" and "No" in the switching state

Select 'Yes', the system will turn off the gas at the same time as the motor returns, and you need to operate it before starting next time

On the interface, turn on the gas and ignite it. If you select 'No', the local light will remain on

(3) Motor start automatic ignition - there are two options for "Yes" and "No" in the switching state. Only when the motor returns to turn off the gas and selects "Yes", can "Yes" be selected to select the automatic point

If the ignition is on, the system will automatically turn on the gas ignition three times after pressing the start button, and then automatically start the burner.

operating steps

1. Horizontal method (set the flame application time to 30 seconds before starting the 30 second experiment)

(1) Draw two lines perpendicular to the long axis at 25mm and 100mm on one end of the pattern, at 25mm

Mark the other end so that the pattern is parallel to the vertical axis and clamped at a 45 degree angle to the horizontal axis.

(2) Turn on the power and press' stop 'to retract the main light to the far left.

(3) Press "Adjust" to move the BenSheng lamp to one end of the style, and loosen the BenSheng lamp bracket and style support

Lock the screw on the slider and adjust the distance between the BenSheng lamp and the style, so that the BenSheng lamp mouth is below the free end of the style. Use the "up" and "down" buttons to adjust the height of the style, so that the free end of the style is 10mm above the BenSheng lamp mouth. After the adjustment is completed, press the "stop" button to return the main light to its original position.

(4) Open the gas main valve on the gas path to allow gas to enter the equipment, press "Gas" and then

Adjust the "gas flow" and press "ignition" to light the Bunsen burner (due to the presence of air in the air duct during the first use, it is necessary to exhaust the air completely before ignition), and adjust the rolling nut at the bottom of the Bunsen burner to produce a 20mm high blue flame when the lamp tube is in a vertical position. Tilt the burner at a 45 degree angle.

(6) Press' Start 'to apply flame to the sample. The flame application time is over, and the main lamp will automatically retract. After stopping the flame application, if the sample continues to burn (including flame combustion or flameless combustion), when the flame is applied

When starting the timer, observe the burning situation of the pattern. When the flame burns to the 25mm mark, press the timer button to start counting the burning time. When the pattern continues to burn to the 100mm mark or goes out, press the timer button again. If the pattern does not burn to the 100mm mark, measure the burning length L from the 25mm mark to the end of burning (in millimeters).

When the self-supporting style burns, the non self-supporting style clip should be moved to the right; When the non self-supporting style burns, observe the burning situation of the style and gradually retract the style clip to the right.

Note: If the burning front crosses the 100m mark, record the time t required for burning from the 25mm mark to the 100mm mark. At this time, the burning length is 75mm; If the combustion front is not burned

At 100mm, the distance from the burnt length of 25mm to the extinguishing point. Grading symbol. The combustion performance of materials can be divided into the following four levels based on their combustion behavior after ignition (symbol FH represents horizontal combustion): FH -1: After removing the ignition source, the flame extinguishes immediately or the burning front does not reach the 25mm mark; FH-2: After moving the ignition source, the combustion front crosses the 25mm mark but does not reach the 100mm mark. In FH-2 grade, the burning length should be written in the classification mark, such as FH-2-70mm, FH-3: after removing the ignition source, the burning front should cross the 100mm mark. For samples with a thickness of 3 to 13mm, the burning rate should not exceed 40 mm/min; For specimens with a thickness less than 3 mm, the combustion rate shall not exceed 75 mm/min. In FH-3 level, the linear combustion rate should be written into the classification mark, such as FH-3-30 mm/min, FH-4: except for the linear combustion rate being greater than the specified value, everything else is the same as FH-3 level. The combustion rate should also be included in the classification mark, such as the FH vertical method

(1) Press the "Adjust Position" button to move the BenSheng lamp to one end of the style, adjust the distance between the BenSheng lamp and the style, so that the BenSheng lamp mouth is below the free end of the style. Use the "Up" and "Down" buttons to adjust the height of the style, so that the free end of the style is 10mm above the BenSheng lamp mouth. After the adjustment is completed, press the "stop" button to return the main light to its original position.

(2) Open the gas main valve on the gas path to allow gas to enter the equipment, press "Gas" and then

(3) Press' Start 'to move the BenSheng lamp to the bottom of the pattern, apply flame to the pattern, and when the flame application time ends (10S), the BenSheng lamp will automatically retract, and' T1 'will start timing,

(4) When the flame on the pattern goes out, press "timer" T1 to stop the timer, restart the Bunsei lamp, apply the flame again for 10 seconds, and start timing T2 when the Bunsei lamp retracts again

(5) When the pattern goes out again, press the "timer" button to stop timing T2 and start timing T3

(6) When the flameless combustion ends, press the "timer" button to stop timing T3

(7) Observe the burning situation of the sample, whether there are any droplets igniting the bottom layer, and whether the flame has spread to the sample holder

(8) Repeat each step of this section until a set of styles is completed.

(9) Assessment of results:

According to the table below, the combustion performance of the material is classified into three levels: 94V-0, 94V-1, and 94V-2

3. Self editing

After completing several repeated flame applications, T1 starts timing. When the flame combustion stops, press the "timing" button to stop timing T1 and start timing T2. When the flameless combustion ends, press the "timing" button again to stop timing T2.

Other operations are the same as horizontal and vertical tests

Use of 50W flame calibration device: Hang the sensor as shown in the diagram, apply flame to the copper head when the temperature is below 50 degrees. When the temperature rises to 100 degrees, the time relay will automatically start timing. When the temperature rises to 700 degrees, the time relay will automatically stop timing. If the time displayed on the time relay is 44S ± 2S, the flame can be used for testing. If it is not within this time range, adjust the size and intensity of the flame, and recalibrate until the time is within 44S ± 2S.
