Product Introduction
The inspector multifunctional X-ray instrument can measure alpha, beta, gamma, and X-rays. Used to detect small changes in radiation intensity and has high sensitivity to typical radioactive nuclei.GM tube with mica window, window effective diameter 45mm Inspector (only internal GM tube),Inspector Multi functional RadiometerA 9V alkaline battery The battery life is 200 hours.
The application field of the inspector multifunctional X-ray instrument includes detecting and measuring surface contamination, monitoring possible radioactive exposure during the operation of radioactive nuclides, investigating environmental pollution, measuring inert gases and other low-energy radioactive nuclides, and measuring the radiation of building decoration materials.
Operation steps
1. Turn on the instrument and turn the switch to the ON button. (The screen will display all detection items, data locations, and corresponding units)

If you want to have an audible alarm, continue pressing the button to the Audio button. If the Audio button is not pressed, the red light will flash in the upper left corner of the instrument every time a particle is detected
3. Select the reading unit: First press the+button on the top panel of the instrument, and then press the switch on the front panel of the instrument to place it in the ON position. At this time, the display screen will show 1MEUN,

Press the+key on the end panel to scroll the numbers on the screen from 0-9,

When the number displays 2 MEUN, the screen shows CPM mR/hr or CPS μ SV/hr as the measurement unit option. Press the "+" to select mR/hr as the display unit;

Press "-" to select SV/hr as the display unit,

Press the Set key to select the measurement unit option, which can be mR/hr, CPS, or μ SV/hr, CPM. If the unit displayed on the screen is exactly what you need, press the Set key to select it.
Selection of Timer
The timer counts the total count from 1 minute to 24 hours. For timer counts less than 1 minute, the instrument displays the count in seconds, and you can manually turn off the timer at any time.
Selection steps: 1. Press the button to Total/Timer, and the display will show TOTAL
2. Set the timer switch on the top panel to SET, and the SET glass type and the most recent selected timer time will be displayed. If you choose this timer for the first time, the set value is 00:01, which is 1 minute.
3. Use the+and - buttons to set the timer time, which increments by 1 minute within 1-10 minutes, 10 minutes within 10-50 minutes, and 1 hour within 1-24 hours.
4. Turn the timer switch to ON, and the display screen will flash three times to start counting. During the timer period, the wine glass icon will flash. If you want to see how much time is left, set the timer switch to SET and the count displayed will gradually decrease to zero in hours or minutes with the set time. For example, the displayed value is 00:21. There are still 21 minutes left.
5. The endpoint detector beeps three times at the set time, and repeats the beep seven times after more than 15 seconds. The displayed number is the total count.
6. Turn the timer switch to OFF to resume normal operation. To obtain the average count per minute during the timer period, divide the total count by the score.
The detector counts ionization conditions and displays the results on a liquid crystal display (LCD). The detector is designed to use both conventional units (mR/hr and CPM) and s1 units (µ sv/hr and CPS). The mode switch can display the measurement unit you have selected. The count numbers detected by CPS and µ sv/hr. detectors vary every minute due to any state of radiation energy. Representing the average value over a certain period of time is more accurate, and the longer this period of time, the more accurate the data becomes.
Every time the radiation passes through the tube and causes ionization, the Geiger counter tube generates a pulse current. Each pulse is detected and operated by electrons. When the detector is running, the red counting light will flash once every time it detects a count (an ionization process).
