Instructions for use

1.Correctly install the installation bracket of the furnace body (separate and horizontal),

2.After opening the furnace, install the reactor in the furnace and close the furnace with the buckle.

3.Connect the control power supply of each section of the furnace to the wiring on the furnace body according to the heating distribution of each section, and insert thermocouples (there are two insertion methods, axial and radial, according to different requirements of each company)

4.Check the insulation level of the furnace body and ensure it is effectively grounded. Once confirmed to be correct, the machine can be turned on for operation.

①. The controller should be placed in a well ventilated area without corrosive gases, and the working environment temperature should be suitable. For example, a certain model of experimental heating furnace requires a working environment temperature of 10-50 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%.

②. To ensure accurate measurement, a DC potential difference meter can be regularly used to calibrate the temperature controller's thermometer to avoid significant errors.

③. Regularly check whether the wiring of each part is loose and whether the contacts of the AC contactor are in good condition Malfunctions should be promptly repaired.

④. Users can follow the above operating procedures. If the product quality cannot work properly, free repair and replacement of spare parts will be provided within one year until the product is replaced. However, without verifying the quality principles through production, users are not allowed to disassemble and assemble on their own, otherwise they will be responsible for all maintenance costs.
