The founder, CHEN GANG (who holds a master's degree in engineering from Tongji University and Darmstadt University in Germany), has worked for Siemens Automotive and Volkswagen Wolfsburg headquarters in Germany for nearly 12 years and is familiar with the secrets of German industrial automation, large-scale production, and logistics.

In 2005, Xier Ke Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai. As the Chinese agent of Swiss company Baumer, German companies Ahlborn, Knick, Ahlborn, and other European companies, Xier Ke has accumulated valuable experience in serving the Chinese industrial automation industry and established a service philosophy that starts from customer needs. In 2006, in response to the demand of Chinese customers for German industrial spare parts, Xieke Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in Pudong. Taking advantage of the company's headquarters in Germany and years of trade with German suppliers, Xieke Company began to act as an agent for Chinese customers to purchase spare parts for various industries, mainly industrial automation and instrumentation. In order to meet the needs of customers for small amount orders, we have made innovations such as consolidated orders at the source in Germany, centralized agent procurement, warehousing, and centralized customs clearance outside the European Union, which greatly reduces the additional costs for Chinese customers in European spare parts procurement except for the price of goods.

In 2014, Xieke Industrial Control Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, and the company grew to nearly 100 people and moved into Xieke's nearly 2000 square meter office building in Zhongbang Business Park.
