The industrial ceramic thermal mechanical automatic testing equipment is controlled by a system machine, which heats the sample at a certain heating rate inside the furnace, causing the sample to deform with increasing temperature under a constant and small load. The temperature deformation curve of the sample is measured and analyzed to study the mechanical properties of polymer materials. It can measure the temperature and deformation curve of materials under constant heating conditions, thereby determining the glass transition temperature Tg and flow temperature Tf of the material.

1. Can effectively analyze the thermal mechanical/thermal expansion characteristics of samples under certain loads. The length of the large sample is 30mm, with a large force of 3N. The built-in high-precision force sensor ensures precise and controllable force within the mN range;
2. Digital displacement sensor, with an accuracy of * and low measurable nanometer level size changes (digital sensitivity of 0.125nm);
3. The measurement system is maintained at a constant temperature through a water bath, so the thermal radiation from the furnace body and the temperature fluctuations in the surrounding environment will not affect the system; In order to ensure a pure atmosphere for measurement and the vacuum degree of the instrument, all units in the instrument are designed to be vacuum sealed. The instrument uses a turbo molecular pump with a vacuum degree of up to 10-4 mbar. When combined with MFC, the required pure atmosphere for testing can be selected during the measurement process, such as inert gas or oxidizing gas;
4. In the system, the force applied to the sample is controlled electromagnetically, so the system can quickly detect changes in load during the testing process. Unlike instruments that can only pre-set the applied force, medium to high sensitivity sensors (sensitivity<0.01mN) monitor the applied force in real time through a push rod and automatically adjust it as needed;

5. The electric control system can control the applied force with mN accuracy. With this high-precision control force, even testing of fragile materials such as fibers and films can be carried out smoothly; At the same time, the force can be controlled through software to change in a stepwise or linear manner, making it particularly convenient to test creep and compression modes; In addition, the instrument also provides additional features, including a variety of pulse options, such as rectangular and ramp shaped single frequency or multi frequency oscillation forces (with frequencies up to 1Hz, optional). In this mode, some viscoelastic properties of the material can be easily characterized, such as elastic modulus and creep modulus.
