After every 50 hours of cumulative operation, the air filter of the single-phase and three-phase generator needs to be disassembled and cleaned. The specific method is as follows:
A、 Remove the butterfly nut and air filter cover;
B、 Remove the sponge filter and paper filter from the reaction pot (replace with a new filter if damaged); Sponge filter: Clean with household detergent solution and warm water, rinse and dry thoroughly; Or clean it with a high ignition point solvent and let it dry completely. Soak the filter element in clean engine lubricating oil and squeeze out excess oil.
Paper filter: Gently tap on a hard surface to remove the accumulated dust on it; Or use high-pressure airflow to blow from the inside out to remove the accumulated dust on the roller frame. Never use a brush to clean the filter element. If the filter element has been used for too long and is difficult to clean, a new filter element needs to be replaced.
