The high temperature test chamber (floor type - LBV) has been tested at room temperature+45 ℃~250 ℃/room temperature+113 ℉~482 ℉ for all models and meets DIN 12880 and IEC 60068-3-5 standards. Model: LBV-012/025/040/070/100

Performance Characteristics

  • It can have special purposes, such as heat treatment and drying treatment.
  • Microfabrication PID controller/automatic calibration function/automatic adjustment function.
  • The door is securely sealed.
    -Heat resistant silicone can provide a strong sealing effect, preventing heat loss inside the cavity (applicable to LBV series)(Applicable to LBV series)
    -Non conductive and heat-resistant ceramics can provide a strong sealing effect, preventing heat loss inside the cavity(Applicable to LTV series)
    -A 2-node latch can also improve sealing performance.
  • A good insulation system can have better energy utilization efficiency.
    -Even if the system operates at a high maximum temperature, the surface temperature of the equipment will not exceed 51 ℃(Compliant with DIN EN 563 standard)
  • The door has a reliable design.
    -When the door is opened 90 degrees, it can carry a weight of 50kg at a distance of 30cm from the door latch.
