Technical principles
When the equipment is working, the medicine particles are poured into the top hopper. By adjusting the vibration feeder appropriately, the stacked medicine particles in the hopper gradually slide down along the vibration groove plate into a continuous strip like straight line to the discharge port. Next, the particle by particle drop detection channel uses the principle of photoelectric effect to input the working signal generated by the infrared dynamic scanning sensor when the drug particles fall into the high-speed microprocessor (MCU), and the counting function is achieved through the cooperation of electronics and machinery. Every 8 tracks, the medicine particles fall into the same feeding port, and the two vibrating feeding ports are bottled simultaneously. The set number of medicine particles are all filled into the bottle.
