1. Equipment usage:
The RT4 series flip type trolley type resistance furnace is a heat treatment electric furnace designed and developed by our company for the high manganese steel industry. It is convenient for fast water inlet speed during product quenching, ensuring product quality meets process requirements. The electric furnace adopts a super energy-saving structure, saving 80% of electricity. The trolley adopts anti-collision sealing bricks, automatic brick flipping mechanism, automatic sealing trolley and furnace door, integrated rail connection, no need for foundation installation, can be used when placed on a horizontal ground and fixed with foundation pads or expansion screws. Mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts such as high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolling rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, etc.
