Precautions for maintenance of handheld small homogenizer

1. First, match the blade shaft with the machine shaft, then move the connector spring element downwards into the slot of the ruler (move it downwards enough to touch the step firmly) before the machine can start running smoothly.

2. Before starting up, pay attention to whether the voltage on the power supply matches that on the motor.

3. The carbon brush should be checked regularly. If it is too short, a new carbon brush should be replaced. If abnormal sparks are found on the carbon brush, it should be stopped immediately. The cause of the problem should be checked and repaired before use to avoid burning out the rectifier and coil.

4. Due to the high motor speed, continuous use may cause the motor to burn out. Therefore, the usage time is limited to three minutes, and it can only be used after stopping for five minutes.

5. The glass cup device needs to be aligned with the machine's circular axis, centered, and not shaken on all sides before it can be turned on.

6. The machine should not run idle, and a small amount of liquid or grease must be added during use.

7. When adding materials, they should be added slowly, first in slow mode and then in fast mode. However, slow mode can only be used for starting and should not be frequently used.

8. The blade should be sharpened regularly, with symmetrical diagonal angles and no deformation to ensure stable and efficient operation.

9. The bearings should be inspected regularly, and high lubricating grease should be added every six months.

10. If it is found that the homogenizer is not running, the speed controller is not adjusted, and the indicator light is still on, the machine should be stopped for inspection.
