Brief description: The dynamic droplet angle tester can record droplet images and automatically analyze droplet shapes. The shape of a droplet is a function of the surface tension, gravity, density and humidity differences of different liquid samples, as well as the environmental medium. On solid surfaces, the shape and contact angle of droplets also depend on the properties of the solid, such as surface free energy and morphology. Analyze the obtained image using droplet contour fitting method, and measure the contact angle and surface tension. The surface free energy of materials can be calculated by conducting contact angle tests using several liquids with known surface tension.
