Overview
The GradeNav TG63 grader automatic control system is a 3D mechanical control product launched by Huace Navigation to improve the quality and efficiency of engineering construction. The system adopts technologies such as Beidou high-precision positioning, inertial navigation tilt sensing, and hydraulic electronic control to calculate the three-dimensional coordinates of the grader blade in real time. Combined with the three-dimensional design drawings in the main control box, the calculation results are sent to the controller to drive the hydraulic system to achieve precise control of the blade. The GR Tech grader model algorithm independently developed by TG63 grader automatic control system achieves a leveling accuracy of 2cm and a smoothness accuracy of 2cm/4m.
