Usage:
Get it in three simple steps100 quantitative test results:

-Open the bottle cap and add 11ml of sterile water

If the colony count is greater than 108 CFU/ml, the color will turn yellow within 2 hours

If the colony count is less than 102 CFU/ml, the color will not turn yellow within 14 hours
