Garbage dry distillation resistance furnace

Working principle: Heat the temperature of the garbage dry distillation resistance furnace toAfter 1100 ℃, the processed garbage is fed into the feeding port of the garbage dry distillation resistance furnace using a screw feeder. The garbage is continuously pushed inward and heated by a high-temperature sealed screw pusher installed inside the garbage dry distillation resistance furnace. The gas generated by high-temperature heating of garbage is collected and processed through the gas outlet, while the carbon and ash generated are recycled and processed through the ash and carbon deposition outlet.


The technical characteristics of the garbage dry distillation resistance furnace are as follows:

1. Using high-temperature resistance strip (Ocr27Al7Mo2) heating method, the temperature inside the furnace can reach 1200 ℃.

2. The resistance strip is arranged on the left, right, and bottom of the electric furnace, with high heating efficiency and uniform heating. Make the high-temperature sealed spiral pusher less prone to deformation after high-temperature heating, so that garbage can be pushed and heated at high temperatures inside the high-temperature sealed spiral pusher.

3. Adopting a multi-stage heating method, different temperature ranges are set according to the gas generated by the garbage at different temperatures to save energy and maximize the recovery efficiency of the gas generated after garbage heating.

4. Using fiber modules as insulation for the resistance furnace results in a temperature heat loss of less than 2%, maximizing the utilization of thermal energy and reducing production costs. Other equipment that can handle the same amount of waste can save 50% energy.

5. The material of the high-temperature sealed spiral pusher is 2Cr28Ni48W5, which is centrifugally cast and then precision processed. Its temperature resistance can reach ≤ 1300 ℃, and its working temperature is ≤ 1100 ℃. The temperature level is 30% higher than other materials

6. Sealing problem at both ends of the high-temperature sealed screw pusher: Due to the high-temperature rotation of the mechanism, it is necessary to solve the thermal expansion and contraction problem of the propeller of the high-temperature sealed pusher when working at high temperatures. The gas generated after heating the garbage also needs to be recovered, so the gas cannot leak out. The high-temperature sealed spiral feeding machine must be both temperature resistant and sealed. At one end of the high-temperature sealed pusher propeller drive, a bidirectional 31315 imported high-temperature bearing is used, with an external circulating water cooling jacket structure. The end cover is dynamically sealed with graphite packing and drive shaft. The other end adopts a copper sleeve and shaft coordinated transmission, with a 120mm hollow sealed end cover outside the copper sleeve and a circulating water cooling water sleeve outside the copper sleeve. The entire structure solves the following technical difficulties:

① The problem of rotation of high-temperature sealed spiral pusher under high temperature conditions

② The problem of high-temperature rotating seal of high-temperature sealed spiral pusher

③ The problem of expansion and contraction of the main shaft of the high-temperature sealed pusher propeller under high-temperature transmission

7. The speed of the high-temperature sealed spiral feeding machine's spiral feeding is adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the transmission motor through gears and chains, which can push the amount of garbage treatment according to different types of garbage and different temperatures.
