The bottle flushing machine adopts strong grippers, which work reliably. Each gripper is equipped with a control water spray device, which flushes the bottle when it is loaded, and no bottle is flushed, making it more water-saving. The machine is equipped with an electric lifting system for bottles of different heights, which can be completed by pressing the motor button, saving time and effort. Equipped with a bottle screw that can be adjusted. For bottles with small differences in diameter, there is no need to replace the screw, just adjust it and it can be used.
The filling machine adopts vacuum negative pressure type, high-precision filling valve, and powerful negative pressure vacuum pump to ensure consistent liquid level for equipment filling. Also equipped with an adjustable bottle screw. The soft tray system protects the bottles and prevents them from breaking and damaging the machine.
The corking machine draws on Italian technology and is designed in combination with the actual production situation in China, ensuring the quality of corking while meeting the diverse requirements of bottle types in our country. The precise congestion device is mainly operated by a cam to ensure its reliability. No bottle can be stuffed, saving costs. (This machine can be equipped with a pre plug nitrogen flushing device and a plug lifting device)
