FBT-9 typeFully automatic specific surface area meterFully produced according to the revised new standard requirements, with high degree of automation, LCD blue screen display, Chinese characters and alarm prompt operation, automatic measurement of the entire process, automatic memory of 50 measured specific surface area values, and the ability to remember the measurement date and time at that time. Easy to use, fast, accurate and other characteristics
FBT-9 typeFully automatic specific surface area meterTechnical parameters:
1. Power supply voltage: 220V ± 10%
2. Timing range: 0.1 seconds to 999.9 seconds
3. Timing accuracy:<0.2 seconds
4. Measurement accuracy: ≤ 1 ‰
5. Temperature range: 8-34 ℃
6. Specific surface area value S: 0.1-9999.9cm2/g
7. Scope of application: The scope specified in GB/T8074-2008
FBT-9 Operation Specification:
1. Preparation of Sample for Fully Automatic Specific Surface Area Tester
2. Dry the standard sample at 110 ± 5 ° C and cool it to room temperature in a dryer. Place it in a 100m1 sealed bottle and shake vigorously for 2 minutes to break up the clumped sample and loosen it. After standing for 2 minutes, open the bottle cap and gently stir to distribute the fine powder that falls onto the surface during the loosening process throughout the entire sample.
3. The cement sample should first pass through a 0.9mm square sieve, then be dried at 110 ± 5 ° C and cooled to room temperature in a drying oven.
4. Automatic specific surface area analyzer to determine sample size
5. The standard sample size for calibration testing and the quality of the cement being tested should achieve a porosity of 0.500 ± 0.005 in the prepared test material layer.
6. Place the perforated plate onto the flange of the breathable cylinder, and use a thin rod with a diameter slightly smaller than the cylinder to feed a piece of filter paper onto the perforated plate, with the edge tightly pressed. Weigh the cement accurately to 0.0001g and pour it into a cylinder. Lightly tap the edge of the barrel to make the surface of the cement layer flat. Place another piece of filter paper and use a vibrator to evenly compact the sample until the support ring of the vibrator tightly contacts the top edge of the cylinder and rotates twice. Slowly remove the vibrator
7. Connect the breathable cylinder containing the sample layer to the pressure gauge, ensuring a tight connection without air leakage or vibration of the prepared sample layer.
8. Turn on the miniature electromagnetic pump and slowly extract air from one arm of the pressure gauge until the liquid level inside the pressure gauge rises to the lower end of the expansion section, then close the valve. Start timing when the concave surface of the liquid in the pressure gauge drops to * lines, stop timing when the concave surface of the liquid drops to the second line, and record the time required for the liquid level to move from * lines to the second line. Record in seconds and record the temperature (℃) during the experiment.
