Technical characteristics

*Fully automatic large side sealing and shrinking packaging machine series: customized according to the special large size of the customer's product. The sealing and cutting machine blade width is 750mm, 900mm, 1100mm, and the sealing and cutting machine blade height effectively passes through 260-400mm. For product heights above 280mm, a customized horizontal blade rear sealing and cutting machine is required. The blade height can be adjusted and locked by pneumatic lifting control, and the packaging size range is wider.

*The model series STF5575C+STS6040-180, STF5590C/H+STS8060-250, STF55110C/H+STS12040-300 are divided into two types: standard type and horizontal knife rear type. The horizontal knife rear type is suitable for products with a height of 280mm or more. When packaging items in the horizontal knife cutting bag, they will be pushed back by the conveyor belt to provide sufficient sealing and cutting allowance, avoiding tight film pulling and effectively preventing weak sealing and breakage. Improved packaging effectiveness and stability of machine operation.

*The sealing and cutting knife can be selected from POF shrink film cutting knife and PE shrink film cutting knife. Comprehensively evaluate the selection of materials and knives based on the volume and weight of the product.
