1、 Instrument Introduction
The Shanghai Xinyi SPE series fully automatic solid-phase extraction instrument adopts a modular suspension design, relying on precise and flexible mechanical arms, multifunctional injection needles, and highly integrated pipeline systems to greatly improve the efficiency of sample pretreatment work and bring you a relaxed and convenient working experience.

2、 Main functions and features
Number of channels:
The instrument host adopts modular design, supports on-site upgrade of channel numbers, and supports multiple channel combinations of 1/2/4/6/8;
Continuous processing capability:
Maximum continuous processing of 52 samples;
Mechanical arm:
X/Y/Z/H three-dimensional four axis robotic arm design, balancing flexible movement and precise positioning, with operating noise less than 50dB. X/Y axis linkage improves operating efficiency; The H-axis is used for sealing the extraction column to ensure the parallelism and reproducibility of the sample;
Sample pump:
Accurate sampling, solvent corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance (pressure resistance above 1Mpa), and compatibility with sample size and volume;
Injection needle:
316L stainless steel material, resistant to solvent corrosion; Support liquid level tracking function; Unique side bottom opening method ensures that all samples are loaded; Highly integrated functionality, suitable for liquid and gas channels, as well as for sealing extraction columns;
Puncture sampling:
Can achieve puncture sampling, avoid sample evaporation loss, protect the health of operators, and be environmentally friendly;
Remote connection and control:
The instrument comes with a router as standard, which can be connected via Wi Fi or Ethernet cables, fully realizing full automation and unmanned operation throughout the process; Sample volume and receiving volume:
All products in the series support 10-20mL sample tubes, with 50mL and larger sample tubes supported within two channels; Receiving volume of 10-15 mL, supporting collection tubes of 50 mL and larger sizes within two channels;
Emergency stop button:
The instrument has an emergency stop button, which can be pressed to stop in case of an emergency, maximizing user safety;
Flow rate control:
The instrument achieves high-pressure sealing through independent sealing cover and plug sealing docking technology, and each channel is equipped with pressure sensors. The push column pressure is controlled by closed-loop fuzzy control, allowing the solution to pass through the extraction column at the set flow rate, ensuring good parallelism and reproducibility;
Pressure sensor:
Equipped with overpressure alarm and experiment termination function;
Solvent management system:
Supports 8 types of reagents; Real time monitoring, insufficient remaining capacity prompt;
Infiltration and incubation:
After the activation solvent or elution solvent is loaded onto the extraction column, the liquid level can be maintained above the packing for a certain period of time to ensure sufficient activation or elution and obtain ideal experimental results;
Cleaning mode:
Various modes such as nitrogen blowing, solvent cleaning, and blowing stirring cleaning are used to clean the inner and outer walls of the sample needle to avoid cross contamination;
Waste discharge channel:
Support environmentally friendly recycling of waste liquids and achieve separate treatment of waste liquids of different properties;
Extraction column specifications:
Compatible with conventional 1/3/6/12mL extraction columns, other specifications of extraction columns can be customized according to needs;
