1Fule high and low temperature fully automatic extensometerIntroduction:
The fully automatic extensometer is mainly used in conjunction with material testing machines/Universal testing machine/tensile testing machine/Fule testing machine and other devices used for automatic tracking and measurement of longitudinal and transverse deformation of specimens during material tensile testing process. It can be used in conjunction with the FL high and low temperature environment test chamber to test stress and strain in high and low temperature environments, and can achieve functions such as automatic clamping, automatic tracking, automatic measurement, and automatic calculation. The fully automatic extensometer greatly improves the testing efficiency of tensile tests at room temperature or high and low temperatures, and is widely favored by users.

2.1 The longitudinal measurement part of the fully automatic extensometer can automatically adjust the gauge length, clamp or release the sample, and measure the deformation in the length direction of the sample.
2.2 Add a fully automatic extensometer lateral measurement section that can automatically clamp and release the specimen in the width direction, achieving measurement of specimen width deformation.
2.3 Based on the measured values, the elastic modulus, elongation at break, plastic strain ratio (r value), tensile strain hardening index (n value), and other parameters of the sample can be obtained.
2.4 The fully automatic extensometer adopts an optical incremental measurement system to record the extension of the specimen. The measuring head installed on the measuring arm moves precisely in parallel through a zero force linear guide system. Using this measurement principle can avoid errors caused by changes in the rotation angle of the measuring sensor at a fixed point, as well as errors caused by the inclination of the cutting edge on the specimen. The measuring head and measuring arm can be separated from the linear guide system for easy and quick replacement.
