Basic composition of flexible conveyor line

(1) Conveyor chain: Made of white, high-strength engineering plastic. It can be divided into flat chain, universal chain, steel top chain, wedge chain, ball chain, brush chain, elastic chain, etc.

(2) Conveyor beam: composed of aluminum alloy profiles with anodized surface and friction rails. It can be divided into standard type and reinforced type.

(3) Conveyor frame body: also composed of aluminum alloy profiles that have undergone surface anodizing treatment. Divided into light, medium, and heavy.

(4) Drive device: composed of aluminum drive heads and tails formed by powder metallurgy process die-casting. It is divided into single drive, dual drive, and intermediate drive.

(5) Guiding device: Two side guardrails that can keep the material running in the middle position of the chain plate at all times.

(6) Turning device: an internal support device for the chain plate during turning. It is divided into horizontal elbows, vertical elbows, horizontal wheel elbows, and horizontal wheels.

(7) Attachment: Includes connectors, liquid tray, etc.
