The XF-56S automatic Tek cup closed flash point tester is the latest product developed by our company. The instrument has the advantages of multiple testable items and high degree of automation, and is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals and plastics.

1. The experimental mode selection function strictly follows the operating procedures of the "Tek Cup Method" according to different standards for flash point testing, and detects the flash point value of the sample:
A. Tek cup closed flash point determination: in accordance with ASTM D56 standard.
B. Closed cup method for flash point determination: in accordance with SH/T 0733 standard.
C. Tek cup method for flash point determination: in accordance with GB/T 21929-2008 Tek closed cup flash point determination method
D. Expected flash point search mode: Perform rapid testing on samples that do not know the expected flash point value to retrieve the expected flash point.
(Different standards require different heating control and ignition detection modes, and users can customize the testing mode)
2. High degree of automation: Set the flash point parameters according to the operation mode on the LCD screen, press the START button, and the entire test process will be automatically carried out.
3. Large screen full-color touch screen LCD display, intuitive operation and display of the entire process of flash point test. The interface is simple, and you can directly click to set the experimental mode. It is convenient and reliable to use, and the experimental process and measurement data are clear at a glance.
4. The instrument can be extended to connect independent testing units and can be tested simultaneously. An instrument can be expanded to simultaneously test the same or different open flash points or closed flash points. The main electrical components of the control and measurement departments of the XF-2S/XF-4S multi cup flash point are imported, ensuring the reliability and stability of the instrument.

The XF-93S model is a gas ignition type, and the instrument requires an external combustible gas source for operation.
The XF-93SE model is an electronic ignition type that does not require an external combustible gas source. The instrument automatically ignites during testing.
