The ET-88 series intelligent discharge monitoring instrument is specifically designed for conducting verification discharge experiments, capacity testing, daily maintenance, engineering acceptance, and other DC power load capacity tests on battery packs.
The functions implemented by the system:
1. Verification discharge experiment
1) The discharge current can be continuously set. Discharge at a constant current according to the set discharge current, monitor the voltage of the battery pack and individual cells during the discharge process, and measure the capacity of individual cells and battery packs (verification capacity test).
2) Multiple discharge stop condition settings

3) Multiple types of individual batteries suitable for: 2V, 4V, 6V, 12V (other voltages can be customized)
2. Quick testing. Short term (10-20 minutes) discharge, quickly test the internal resistance and discharge capacity of individual batteries, and quickly determine battery performance.
3. During power outages/actual load discharges, online automatic monitoring of individual battery voltage, battery pack voltage, and discharge current, recording the discharge capacity of the battery to ensure the judgment of battery status.
4. Monitoring of charging voltage after discharge. After the discharge is completed, when the charger charges the battery pack, this device can monitor the electricity and voltage of individual cells and the entire battery pack during the charging process. It can also monitor the charging current (optional current clamp) and set an alarm.
5. PC wireless monitoring function. Realize wireless data monitoring and alarm function of discharge monitoring system on PC within 100M.
6. Data Management: A comprehensive computer management, analysis, and monitoring software with powerful data analysis and processing functions. Advanced mathematical models are used to comprehensively calculate and analyze multiple measurement results of batteries, accurately determine battery performance, and query real-time operating status and historical data of batteries. Various parameters and curves can be applied, and reports can be generated.
