1 1CKM52The series of dual column CNC vertical lathe and grinding composite machine tools is an integrated lathe and grinding composite machine tool independently developed by our company, which has advanced levels both domestically and internationally. Suitable for the mechanical manufacturing industry, valve, automotive parts, grinding tool manufacturing, aerospace, and military product industries.

22This machine tool has two functions: turning and grinding the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooves, threads, and rotating surfaces of the workpiece.

33The crossbeam is equipped with two CNC tool holders, one for turning and the other for grinding. The workpiece is clamped once to achieve two processes of turning and grinding, improving efficiency, reducing costs, improving machining accuracy, and reducing labor intensity.

44The grinding head adopts an electric spindle mechanism, which is installed at the lower end of the slider and uses water cooling to maintain a constant temperature during long-term operation, ensuring high speed, low noise, high torque, and good stability of the milling head.

55CNC systems can be selected from Siemens or Fanuc, as well as domestic systems. Electrical systems can be selected from Schneider.

66The machine tool is equipped with a chip conveyor cooling and recovery device and a semi enclosed protective cover.
