Precautions for using digital differential transmitters;


  • 1. During installation, there is often looseness. The transmitter is connected to the three valve group, and the bolts should be tightened diagonally. Generally, they cannot be locked at once. When installing the three valve group, the sealing coil should be encrypted.
    2. Set the function items of the calibrator. First, reset the calibrator to zero, connect the pressure pipeline, and pay attention to the positive and negative pole connections. Connect the standard resistor. Check the circuit current.
    3. Correctly connect the receiver operator, set the transmitter content according to requirements, and adjust the zero position.
    4. For the operation of the three valve group: first open the balance valve and correctly open the high-pressure valve.
    5. Accuracy verification of transmitter: Place the fine adjustment valve in the middle position, close the shut-off valve and the check valve, set the output pressure of the electric pressure test bench, calibrate the basic error (up 5 points, down 5 points), and record data in a timely manner.
    6. Correctly calculate errors and backlash, provide correct verification conclusions, provide correct verification conclusions, and handle significant figures correctly.
