1、 Overview of DT desulfurization pump
The DT type desulfurization pump is mainly used as an absorption tower circulating pump, with materials such as high chromium alloy, A49, Cr30A, etc. This series of pumps comprehensively applies the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and innovates in hydraulic design, structural design, and casting materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, anti-wear and corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance. The pump casing of the DT series desulfurization circulating pump is a single-layer shell structure. The impeller and shaft are connected by threads, and the shaft seal is mechanically sealed. The suspension system adopts a thin oil lubrication form. The impeller, volute, and rear guard plate of the overcurrent components are all made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant high chromium alloy materials independently developed by our factory.
2、 Application scope of DT desulfurization pump
This series of desulfurization pumps is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, and chemical engineering. It is mainly used to transport slurry with strong abrasive and corrosive properties containing solid particles, such as processing concentrate tailings in power plants, removing ash and slag in power plants, transporting coal slurry and heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plants, and transporting slurry in coastal and river mining operations. The heavy concentration it can handle is: 45% mortar, 60% slurry, with a chloride ion content of up to 60000ppm in the slurry. The pH value of the slurry is allowed to be between 4-13, the slurry temperature is ≤ 65 ° C, and the slurry weight concentration Cw can reach up to 60%.
