Product Details

Brief introduction

EPLEXOR ® The series is a DMA/DMTA testing instrument with a maximum force value of ± 500 N. It can characterize materials under dynamic or static mechanical forces. Its application range covers various materials, including elastomers and polymers, composite materials, metals, glass, ceramics, biomaterials and food, adhesives, and liquids. The main difference between this series of testing instruments lies in their maximum dynamic force range (± 25N, ± 50N, ± 150N, ± 500N).

DMA/DMTA has a modular design that allows measurement in various modes such as tension, compression, bending, and shear.

The instrument can be equipped with different expansion accessories, making it possible to fully expand its application areas in the future.

All testing instruments in this series comply with DIN 53513, ISO 6721/1, ISO 6721/4, ISO 6721/5, ISO 6721/6, ISO 4664, ASTM D4065, Related standards such as ASTM D4473.

Flexible and future oriented

The instrument can be equipped with different types of force and displacement sensors, as well as different types of furnace bodies, which makes it easy to upgrade from the basic system after installation.

Strength value

The instrument supports a maximum static load of 1500 N and a maximum dynamic load of ± 500 N; This is particularly meaningful for the research of thermosetting resins, elastomers, composite materials, metals, glass, or ceramics.

Two independent motor drives

... including a servo motor for static loads and a vibrator for dynamic loads

Replaceable force sensor

... can be easily replaced by the user; The nominal load range is from 10 N to 5000 N

Continuous operation through an automatic sampler

For stretching, compressing, and bending samples, an automatic sampler can work day and night throughout the entire temperature range, making full use of the measurement time at night and on weekends.

Optimize temperature scanning for large samples

Even for large samples with low thermal conductivity (such as large rubber specimens), the instrument can ensure uniform heating.

Highly economical LN2 cooling

Low consumption rate of liquid nitrogen.

Synchronous measurement of dynamic mechanical and dielectric properties of materials
