DDSY single-phase electronic prepaid electricity meter (paid by State Grid)

Product Details

1. Overview
Single phase electronic prepaid energy meter (hereinafter referred to aselectricity meter)According to the National Metrology Appraisal Regulations JJG596-1999 "National Metrology Appraisal Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and in compliance with the GB/T18460.3-2001 "IC Card Prepaid Electricity Sales System Part 3 Prepaid Electricity Meter" standard, microelectronic technology is used to measure electrical energy. A fully shielded and fully sealed structure is adopted, and advanced microcontroller processing system and IC card are used for data acquisition, processing and storage. It has good resistance to electromagnetic interference, low self consumption and energy saving, high precision, anti electricity theft, high overload, long life, anti damage, anti illegal card copying, and convenient transmission.
Key Features:
Apply computer management to purchase electricity before using it; The maximum operating power can be limited within the rated current range (limited by the power supply department); One meter, one card, dedicated card, no power loss after card loss, can be used after card replacement; Electric cards can transmit data bidirectionally; Can automatically power off and alert users to purchase electricity; When the battery level is zero, the power will automatically trip and cut off; And it has certain anti-theft software design, etc.
Electronic energy meters are suitable for measuring active energy with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz, and are installed in indoor or outdoor meter boxes for use. Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -10 to+50 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and no corrosive gases in the surrounding air.

2.4 Submersion: When the current line of the electricity meter has no current and the voltage applied to the voltage line is 115% of the rated value, no more than one pulse is output within the specified time.
2.5 Power consumption: Current line power consumption: ≤ 4.0VA Voltage line power consumption: ≤ 2W and 10VA
3. Main structure and working principle
Single phase electronic prepaid energy meter is the latest instrument manufactured using imported specialized large-scale integrated circuits, 16 bit A/D conversion, digital multiplier, IC card technology, digital sampling processing technology, and SMT work.
3.1 Working principle diagram
The electric energy meter obtains voltage sampling signals from the voltage divider, current sampling signals from the current divider, voltage current product signals from the multiplier, and then generates a counting pulse proportional to the product of voltage and current through frequency conversion. Through frequency division, it drives the stepper motor to measure electricity.
3.2 Data Processing
The electric energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing through a photoelectric coupler, and after calculation, it is stored in the memory. The information system is managed by a computer, and through an IC card reader/writer, a certain amount of electricity and monitoring requirements are written into the IC card input table of the microprocessor system. After being processed by the CPU, it provides display and alarm status signals.
4. Instructions for using an electric energy meter
4.1 One table, one card: The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. In case of loss, a replacement card should be purchased from the power supply department (i.e. the electricity sales office).
4.2 Preparation for purchasing electricity: Users must insert their IC card into the card slot once to facilitate the return of data from the meter to the computer database.
4.3 Electricity purchase method: When selling electricity, insert the IC card into the IC card reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user ID, pre purchased electricity, capacity limit method, and power limit into the IC card.
4.4 Electricity card usage: Insert the power purchase card into the card slot. If it is a valid power purchase card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The LCD (LED) display screen will show the following in sequence: purchased electricity (P0=XXXX), total purchased electricity (P=XXXXXX), purchased electricity times (PC=XXXX), alarm electricity (P1=XXXX), credit limit (P2=XXXX), and limited capacity power (FOX=XX: XX). Please store the unplugged card properly.
4.5 Operation Display: During the operation of the energy meter, the display screen alternately shows the remaining power and total power consumption in the meter.
4.6 Overcapacity alarm: During the operation of the electric energy meter, if the "alarm indicator light" flashes rapidly, it will warn the user that the electricity consumption has been exceeded; If the user is set to the over capacity power-off limit mode, after 30 seconds of over capacity power consumption, the switch will be turned off for 3 minutes and displayed in a countdown (180 seconds) to restore power supply; If the user inserts the card and responds, the power supply can be immediately restored.
4.7 Accumulation limit: If the purchased electricity+remaining electricity>accumulated electricity (10000 kWh), the purchased electricity will not be read in, and the display will show a "remaining limit" prompt, indicating that the stored electricity in the card is still valid.
4.8 Warning prompt: When the remaining battery level in the meter is less than twice the "alarm battery level", the "alarm indicator light" will flash (with an interval of 1 second) to remind the user to purchase electricity. At this time, if the user responds by inserting a card, the "alarm indicator light" will flash at an interval of 2 seconds to avoid power failure.
4.9 Power outage warning: If the user does not respond by inserting the card during the warning reminder, when the remaining power is the user's agreed alarm power (or 10% of the purchased power), the energy meter will trigger a power outage warning and display a "power outage" prompt. At this time, insert the IC card into the card slot once to restore power supply. If the IC card of this meter cannot be found after pulling the switch, you can borrow a neighbor's IC card to insert it and restore power supply.
4.10 Power purchase prompt: When the remaining power in the meter is less than the "alarm power", the "alarm indicator light" will be constantly on to prompt.
4.11 Fault declaration: When the remaining power is displayed as zero or negative, a "trip" prompt will be displayed. If the energy meter continues to operate, the user should immediately purchase electricity and proactively report the situation to the power supply bureau.
4.12 Storage of electric cards: Keep away from magnetic fields and do not use sharp objects to scratch, bend, contaminate or soak them. Otherwise, the electric card will not be able to purchase electricity, affecting your normal use
5. Precautions
5.1 The electric meter shall be inspected and qualified before leaving the factory, and sealed with a lead seal before installation and use. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, relevant departments should be asked to re verify and seal it before installation and use.
5.2 The electric meter should be installed vertically and not tilted in a dry and ventilated place. The bottom plate for installing the electric meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall, with a height of about 1.8 meters.
5.3 Connect the wires according to the circuit diagram, tighten the wiring screws, and secure the connecting plate inside the terminal box..
Before purchasing electricity, the user must insert the power card into the socket once to facilitate the return of data from the meter to the computer database.
5.5 When using, insert the power card into the card holder. If it is a valid card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The data tube will display the original remaining power in the meter (3 seconds) and the total power after stacking (12 seconds). Then, remove the card and store it properly.
5.6 If the remaining power is displayed as zero and the meter continues to operate while the overdraft indicator light is on, the user should immediately purchase electricity and proactively report the situation to the power supply department.
