Overview

The mother material (crystal seeds, solid raw materials) enters the fluidized bed through the feeding system, and hot process air is introduced at the bottom of the fluidized bed to make the mother material fluidized on the air distribution plate of the fluidized bed. The feed liquid is sprayed into the bed through the spray gun, and "coating" and "agglomeration" granulation are carried out on the mother material to achieve continuous pill making, granulation, drying, and coating functions.
