The principle of Constant Systems high-pressure disruptor is to use high-pressure extrusion to squeeze the sample at high speed through a fixed small nozzle, and then impact it onto the impact target to break the cells.


The high-pressure piston moves downwards, and due to gravity, the sample is sucked into the high-pressure sleeve
