Closed end Hall current sensorAdvantage:
High precision: The closed magnetic circuit structure reduces magnetic leakage and improves magnetic field concentration efficiency, resulting in higher measurement accuracy. For example, the accuracy of rail type closed Hall sensors below 50A can reach 0.1 level, while the error of open type sensors may be amplified to 2% -5% at low currents.
Strong anti-interference ability: The closed magnetic circuit effectively shields external electromagnetic interference and is suitable for strong electromagnetic environments (such as near frequency converters and welding machines).
High stability: The remanence and coercivity of magnetic core materials (such as silicon steel and Permalloy) are relatively low, reducing zero drift and temperature drift, resulting in better long-term stability.
Wide measurement range: can cover a current range from microamperes to several kiloamperes, suitable for current measurement needs of different scales.
High safety: No magnetic saturation phenomenon, avoiding the danger of high voltage caused by the secondary open circuit of traditional current transformers.
Closed end Hall current sensorNotes:
1. When using a Hall sensor, in order to achieve good dynamic characteristics and sensitivity, it is necessary to pay attention to the coupling between the primary coil and the secondary coil. It is recommended to use a single wire and fill the Hall sensor module wiring hole with the wire;
2. When using a Hall sensor, the best measurement accuracy can only be obtained at the rated input current value. When the measured current is much lower than the rated value, multiple turns can be used on the primary side to achieve the best accuracy, that is, IpNp=rated ampere turns. In addition, the temperature of the primary feeder should not exceed 80 ℃;
3. The auxiliary power supply of the Hall current sensor during normal operation should not exceed ± 5% of the calibration value, and the ripple should not exceed ± 1%;
4. During the installation and use of Hall current sensors, it is strictly prohibited to drop them from a height of ≥ 1m;
5. Cannot adjust the zero point or full adjustment potentiometer;
6. The auxiliary power supply needs to be configured by oneself, and the positive and negative poles of the power supply cannot be reversed;
7. The power line and output signal line of the Hall current sensor should use 0.5mm2 shielded wire and should not be wired together with the power line.
