Overview of Chemical Plant Fans

The chemical industry is a general term for enterprises engaged in the production and development of the chemical industry. Types of fans that can be selected in the chemical industry

(1) Exhaust gas fan

The conveying medium for chloroalcoholization tail gas has a high concentration of organic matter. It is equipped with a high air volume, high-pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan, coupled transmission, and made of 316 stainless steel material.

(2) Induced draft fan

The conveying medium is flue gas that has been washed with alkali water, using a high air volume, high-pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan made of resin material.

(3) Anti hair dryer

The anti blowing machine used in conjunction with the anti blowing cloth bag adopts a high-pressure explosion-proof centrifugal fan with strong sealing and corrosion resistance.

(4) Titanium alloy fan

The conveying medium includes chloroalcoholization tail gas, * * loading tail gas, trichloroethylene filling tail gas, etc. It is made of titanium alloy and the impeller material is highly corrosive.
