Overview

Ceramic tile glaze anti cracking tester TKL-500

Product Details

1、 Scope of application:
The TKL ceramic tile glaze anti cracking tester is designed based on the principle of heating water with an electric heater to generate steam. Its performance meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T3810.11-2016/ISO10545-11:1994 "Determination of anti cracking resistance of glazed tiles" for testing equipment, and is suitable for the anti cracking test of ceramic glazed tiles. It is also applicable to the light industry standard QB/T4253-2011 for the determination of anti cracking resistance of daily ceramics. It is also applicable to other pressure tests with a working pressure of 0-1 MPa.

2、 Structural features:
The TKL ceramic tile glaze anti cracking tester mainly consists of stainless steel pressure tank body, electric contact pressure gauge, safety valve, electric heater, electric control device and other components. It has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, high pressure control accuracy, easy operation, and reliable operation.

3、 Main technical parameters:
1. Effective volume of pressure vessel: Ø 500 × 500 (Ø 300 × 300) mm
2. Rated pressure: adjustable from 0-1.0MPa
3. Pressure accuracy: ± 20KP а
4. Contactless automatic constant voltage, digital setting of constant voltage test time
5. Boosting time: not more than 1 hour at maximum power
6. Voltage: three-phase, 380V (380V, two-phase)
7. Power: 9KW (6KW)

4、 Working principle of ceramic tile glaze anti cracking tester:
1. Firstly, open the top cover of the autoclave and add appropriate water, usually filling it to the bottom. During continuous experiments, more water can be added to prevent it from drying out and not generating enough pressure. Excessive water addition can affect the pressurization speed
2. Install the sample on the sample rack, then place it in the autoclave, cover it with a top cover, and tighten the sealing nut to prevent air leakage.
3. Turn on the power switch, turn on the power, and heat the water through the resistance wire at the bottom of the autoclave, gradually producing steam that enters the test area. This gradually increases the pressure in the test area of the autoclave to the set pressure ± 20KPa and maintains it for an appropriate period of time.
4. Unscrew the pressure relief valve to rapidly reduce the pressure inside the autoclave to atmospheric pressure.
5. According to the experimental requirements, allow the sample to cool in the autoclave for a period of time, then loosen the top cover nut and open the cover to remove the sample.
