The purpose of a water pump is to transport water from one place to another, or to increase pressure and convert kinetic mechanical energy into liquid energy.

Working principle of water pump: After turning on the water pump, the impeller rotates at high speed inside the pump body (the pump body should be filled with liquid before turning on the water pump). The liquid in the pump body rotates together with the impeller, and under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown out by the impeller at the outlet. The speed of the thrown out liquid gradually slows down in the diffusion chamber of the pump body. After the liquid is thrown out, a vacuum low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the water pump through the suction pipe under the action of external atmospheric pressure. The volume of the diffusion chamber of the pump body is constant. As the amount of liquid thrown out increases, the pressure gradually increases and is then discharged from the outlet of the water pump. The liquid is continuously sucked up from the pool and then continuously discharged from the pump outlet

Tempering of carburetor. When the gasoline engine is working, there is a popping sound in the intake pipe and carburetor throat, and smoke or flames come from the carburetor. Spray out from the throat, this phenomenon is called carburetor backfire. If there is continuous backfire during the start-up of the gasoline engine, or if there is still backfire during operation after start-up, it is a fault in the gasoline engine and the cause needs to be carefully investigated. What are the main reasons for this? If the mixture is too thin, check the oil tank according to the inspection method for lean mixture. Start the ignition too early, adjust the ignition timing. Spark plug overheating, replace with cold spark plug. The function is to provide a constant electromotive force that does not change over time, supplementing the energy consumed by Joule heating on the resistance.

Before use, add 0.6L of turbine oil for four strokes. The pump body must be filled with water. It is forbidden to run the water pump without water. When using the water pump, the water in the pump body should be drained to prevent corrosion. Please read the user manual carefully.
