The cast iron assembly platform uses high-quality high-strength gray cast iron HT200, HT250, HT300, or ductile iron QT400-10, QT500-7 with higher tensile strength as the manufacturing raw materials. The hardness of the working surface is HB170-240. The assembly platform castings have undergone two manual annealing processes at 600 ℃ -700 ℃, completely eliminating internal stress in the assembly platform, ensuring stable accuracy and good wear resistance.

The basic process flow of cast iron assembly platform is:

1、 T-shaped groove assembly platform blank: make drawings according to technical requirements, make wooden shapes according to drawings, mix ingredients, shape, dry, cast, sand, clean, and inspect various parts of the blank;
