Application scope:
A box furnace with a forced internal air circulation system is suitable for various heat treatments (tempering, artificial aging, mold preheating, material testing, drying, etc.) at normal air pressure, with precise temperature distribution and temperature dynamic curves at this pressure. The volume ranges from 1000L to 30000L, and the temperature is divided into two series: 650 ℃ and 850 ℃.
Structural description:
  • Low carbon steel shell and frame structure;
  • Side door sealed with heat-resistant insulation rope;
  • The furnace door control is located on the right side;
  • Mineral fiber insulated furnace door and furnace wall;
  • The bottom of the furnace is protected by refractory bricks;
  • The ventilation equipment is installed on the rear side of the furnace with a horizontal axis;
  • Heating elements are installed on both sides of the electric furnace;
  • The internal controller of the industrial controller can store 30 control programs, each consisting of at least 15 steps. The operator can select the preset time and date according to the installed real-time clock;
  • The electrical control system is located on the left side of the furnace;
  • The furnace door is equipped with a safety switch;
  • K-type thermocouple;
  • Semiconductor non-contact relay switch;
  • High temperature overshoot device.
The standard design includes:
  • Manual side opening door;
  • Orbit;
  • Industrial controller with independent limiting unit.
