The CW6163D series lathe is a replacement product developed by our factory based on years of experience in producing CW6163A and CW6163C series lathes, extensive collection and adoption of user feedback information, and the absorption of advanced technology from similar products at home and abroad. There are four varieties of processed workpieces with lengths ranging from 0.75-12 meters, with 38 specifications for metric and imperial systems. 2. This series of machine tools is used in workshops for machine repair, tooling, and mass production. It is mainly used for turning inner and outer cylindrical and conical surfaces of various types of shafts, discs, and irregular shapes, as well as turning other rotating surfaces, turning end faces, and turning parts with metric, imperial, modular, and pitch threads. It can also undertake drilling, boring, reaming, and oil groove cutting work. |

1. The bed body is cast as a whole with the bed legs. The main components are all made of resin sand castings, and the dense drying technology is applied to improve the internal and external quality of the main components of the machine tool. 2. The spindle aperture of the machine tool is available in two sizes: Φ 105 and Φ 128. The tailstock is equipped with a 1:5 variable speed feed mechanism, and a 500mm taper ruler can be added according to user requirements, including a mold support/random buckle plate/small knife holder automatic cutting/mold direction operation handle safety detachment device and longitudinal/transverse/longitudinal/transverse bidirectional quantity/grinding head device. It not only expands the scope of use of the machine tool but also complies with CE safety certification. 3. This machine tool has high precision, with a dimensional accuracy of up to IT6 level, a surface roughness of Ra2.5, low noise, low vibration, high power, a main motor of 11KW, strong rigidity, and easy and flexible operation.
