One Performance Introduction of CMLP2020DWK Universal Intelligent Temperature Transmitter:
Input single or dual thermocouple and thermistor signals, transmit isolated single or dual linear current or voltage signals, and improve the electrical isolation performance between input, output, and power supply.
II Technical features:
This product adopts advanced digital technology, has many advanced properties that traditional analog instruments do not have, and has excellent performance in suppressing high and low frequency interference signals. It can still be reliably applied even in high-power variable frequency control systems. At the same time, the application of digital technology overcomes the disadvantage of poor linearity of traditional temperature transmitters. It uses digital calibration, zero free and full potentiometer, automatic dynamic calibration zero, automatic temperature drift compensation and many other advanced technologies internally, and meets the anti electromagnetic interference requirements of products in the fourth class (harsh industrial site) environment specified in IEC61000-4-4:1995. The application of this series of technologies ensures the stability and reliability of products scientifically.
III Product Applicability:
It can be used in conjunction with unit combination instruments and DCS, PLC and other systems, and has a wide range of applications in major projects in industries such as oil fields, petrochemicals, manufacturing, power, metallurgy, etc.

0~300 Ω when outputting 4-20mA; 0-600 Ω when outputting 0-10mA,
0(1)-5V:≥500KΩ; 0-10V:≥1MΩ

Selection instructions:
1. Input signal type
Thermocouples: K, E, S, B, J, R, N, T
Thermistor: Pt100, Cu100, Cu50, BA1, BA2
Other input and output types will be customized separately;
2. Single channel products can have up to two outputs, while dual channel products can only correspond to one output per channel.
3. If different input signals are required for dual channel products, please contact our company for special ordering;
4. Communication and alarm products only have a single input, and at most only one analog signal output.
General intelligent temperature transmitter panel indication:
PWR: Power indicator light (green);
ALM: Input signal alarm indicator light (red);
The indicator light does not light up when in normal working condition;
Flashing when input signal failure occurs;
When the input signal exceeds the range, it stays on for a long time.

General intelligent temperature transmitter description:
1. There are DC and AC power supply forms for instruments, please distinguish them carefully! 220V power supply
Connect the power cord of the product between power terminals L and N in the diagram, with L connected to the phase wire,
Connect N to the neutral wire.
2. If the grounding wire is reliably grounded, it can ensure that this product meets the requirements of the third category of industrial site environment anti electromagnetic interference in IEC61000-4-4:1995. If there is no grounding wire, this indicator will be reduced, but it can still ensure its application in industrial site environments below the second category, which is applicable to the vast majority of industrial sites.

This product adopts intelligent digital design, which can ensure long-term accuracy within the range specified in this manual. If calibration is required, please select the dedicated handheld Chinese programmer provided by our company for operation.
