Technical principles

The bottle body that has been loaded with materials is fed into the bottle feeding screw mechanism by the conveyor belt, and then accurately enters the bottle feeding star wheel; At the same time, the bottle cap is lifted from the storage bin to the capping mechanism by the elevator, and automatically sorted out in the specified direction. It is sent into the cap slide and enters the capping star wheel. After being grasped by the capping heads of each capping shaft (6) on the main cam mechanism, the bottle cap is gradually placed on the bottle mouth and enters the main wheel for capping as the capping shaft descends. The bottle body with the cap screwed on passes through the bottle star wheel and is then transported to the conveyor belt. After being checked by the removal mechanism and found to be correct (no cover, no aluminum foil, or poor sealing), it enters the next process.

Functional Features

Upper cover section:

The upper part adopts a stepped lifting belt, which ensures fast feeding speed and low noise for the bottle cap;

Large floor standing storage compartment with large capacity, no need for frequent refilling.

Lide section:

Automatically sort the bottle cap in the specified direction, accurately and without reverse capping.

Spiral cover part:

Using a magnetic rotating head to rotate the cap, the torque adjustment of the cap is achieved through magnetic force adjustment, resulting in a high pass rate and low noise;

Multiple grip methods to choose from, suitable for different types of lids;

When there are special requirements, a German MAYR torque controller can be installed to more accurately control torque (optional).

Removal device:

Automatically detect and remove defective products with no cover, no aluminum foil, and no lid.

When a sudden power outage occurs, the removal will automatically reach the removal position.

Bottle cap air washing device (optional):

Clean the bottle cap with high-pressure gas to prevent debris from entering the bottle.
