The Global series measuring machines can support multi probe detection, including common trigger probes, contact scanning probes, as well as non-contact laser and optical probes, thereby achieving measurement, evaluation, and analysis of box shaped parts with regular geometric shapes to complex shaped workpieces, and providing solutions for measuring deep holes, small features, curves, and surfaces.


High speed scanning has never been so easy
Scanning technology achieves precise measurement and evaluation of complex shaped workpieces by efficiently collecting a large number of data points. Today, scanning technology is further developed on the new generation of Global series measuring machines. Whether it is determining shape errors of complex features, verifying free-form surfaces, or measuring the size and position of box type workpieces, more data points are obtained through scanning technology, providing more basis for the measurement and analysis of workpieces.

The perfect combination of advanced algorithms provided by the Global control system and LSP series scanning probes enables the Global measuring machine to have excellent high-precision scanning capabilities. According to the different features or workpieces being scanned, PC-DMIS provides up to 15 built-in scanning methods. PC-DMIS has always been a leader in data processing and GD&T evaluation analysis capabilities in the industry. Its powerful construction filtering function can perfectly process point cloud data; The GD&T contour analysis and processing function is particularly powerful, which can not only analyze the color difference of point clouds relative to CAD theoretical values, but also provide three-dimensional or two-dimensional curve/surface contour statistical analysis, comprehensive and intuitive. The LSP series scanning probe provides a professional scanning solution for high-precision and high-efficiency coordinate measuring machines.

1. Advanced design techniques: The use of finite element analysis (FEA) and modular analysis techniques in the design effectively avoids the impact of structural deformation, vibration, and temperature changes on machine performance.

All aluminum frame: Surface hard treatment, with super rigidity, while providing the best material for universal measurement systems due to the inherent characteristics of aluminum, such as light weight, good thermal conductivity, sensitivity to temperature changes, and ease of processing. Grating technology: high-resolution metallur ® Grating, with officially certified thermal expansion coefficient, is equivalent to the majority of tested workpiece materials and has super strong anti-interference ability and wear resistance. The patented elastic installation method, with one end rigidly connected and the other end elastically connected, ensures linear changes when the ambient temperature changes.
7. Drive belt design: The precision machined steel wire reinforced synchronous belt combines flexible meshing and rigid axial transmission characteristics, ensuring accurate positioning and reducing vibration during high-speed scanning.
8. Pneumatic balance: The patented pneumatic balance design adopts a flexible suspension system, which avoids the interference problem between axial motion and transmission system, and improves the accuracy and long-term stability of the measuring machine.
