Overview

A bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistor) and temperature transmitter is a temperature sensor that displays on-site and transmits electrical signals remotely. It can both indicate temperature on-site and transmit signals from thermocouples (resistors) and two-wire temperature transmitters, and can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, textiles, and food.

Product Details

A bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistor) and temperature transmitter is a temperature sensor that displays on-site and transmits electrical signals remotely. It can both indicate temperature on-site and transmit signals from thermocouples (resistors) and two-wire temperature transmitters, and can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, textiles, and food.
Product Features
·Integrated thermocouple (resistor), bimetallic thermometer or temperature transmitter.
·Suitable for long-term work in harsh environments.
·The remote transmission of electrical signals has high accuracy and stable operation. It can also be directly output in the form of a two-wire system to improve the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission.
Specification
Measurement range: -60~500 ℃
Remote transmission signal deviation:
a. Division number: E (nickel chromium copper nickel) allowable deviation ± 2.5 ℃ or 0.75% t
b. Division number: K (nickel chromium nickel silicon) allowable deviation ± 2.5 ℃ or 0.75% t
c. Division number: Pt100 (platinum resistance) Allowable deviation:
d. Basic error with temperature transmitter: Δ=Δ 1 ± 0.5% FS
Δ 1 is the basic output error corresponding to the tolerance of the thermocouple (resistance)
Normal working environment:
a. Environmental temperature: -25 ℃~80 ℃ (not higher than 70 ℃ in hazardous areas)
b. Relative humidity: 5% to 95%
c. Mechanical vibration: f ≤ 55Hz, amplitude<0.15mm
