Product Introduction
The binder VDL series is a safe vacuum oven suitable for unlimited solvents. Vacuum processing of items containing solvents can pose significant safety hazards to personnel and the environment. The safety devices used in the VDL series safety vacuum oven have undergone TUT-SUDWEST safety testing and are explicitly approved for drying explosive substances containing solvents.

Binder VDLTechnical characteristics of series vacuum drying oven
1) Electronic controlled APT Line @ internal preheating technology with two extended shelves;
2) Temperature range: Room temperature+15 ℃ to 200 ℃;
3) MP program controller, with 2 programs (10 sections each) or switchable to 1 program (20 sections);
4) The interval time between each section of a single program can be adjusted to a maximum of 99:59 hours or 999:59 hours, which is suitable for all sections of the program;
5) Digital temperature setting with an accuracy of 0.1 ℃;
6) The heating rate can be adjusted through a program editor;
7) The pressure monitor controls the vacuum degree to be less than 125mbar before starting the heating load;
8) Using compressed air to seal the instrument room against overpressure;
9) Tested time timer;
10) Fireproof lining;
11) Precise quantitative ventilation valve;
12) Equipped with explosion-proof spring safety glass door;
