Overview

This production line is used for welding the inner liner of heat pump water heaters. It can be used for both online production and single machine manual production. By changing molds, adjusting relevant mechanisms or parameters, different products can be switched to meet the production requirements of different orders. Production capacity of 1200pcs/shift (note: 10H/shift, production capacity data is calculated based on the internal components of a single bladder). The operator is mainly responsible for the loading and unloading of equipment products, material transfer between various machines, resolution of operational abnormalities, and handling of non-conforming products.
