1. The driving system of this valve is a two-stage driving device with medium and equal pressure. The device has a small volume and a wide range of control for the opening and closing speed of the butterfly valve. The initial opening section is controlled by high pressure and small flow rate, which makes the butterfly valve open smoothly and without violent fluctuations, eliminating the hidden danger of water hammer in the system. Then, it switches to a faster rotational angular velocity, and the hydraulic cylinder will smoothly open the butterfly plate with the set ideal thrust and speed.
2. The installation position of this butterfly valve is usually horizontal, and the reasonable placement of the butterfly plate deviation position can fully utilize the dynamic water torque in the pipeline to drive the smooth closure of the butterfly plate. The installation position of this valve will reflect the combined effect of dynamic water torque and heavy hammer torque. As the closing angle is gradually completed, the dynamic water torque will tend to decrease, and the heavy hammer torque will make the closing instantaneous slow and smooth, thus strictly preventing the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon. The zero leakage sealing effect will be reliably achieved in this reasonable and tight control system.
3. The electro-hydraulic control system of this valve has remote control function, and the opening and closing of the butterfly plate at any speed and the locking at any position can be easily achieved through various well-designed hydraulic control valves.
4. This valve is equipped with a manual oil pump, which can still close or open the butterfly valve normally in case of power failure due to system reasons.
