Overview

The C310 ammonia nitrogen water quality automatic analyzer is a product independently developed by Zhongxing Instrument (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., which measures the ammonia nitrogen content in water (surface water/sewage) based on the Nessler reagent method. The method principle is to react ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions with Nessler's reagent to form a light reddish brown complex. The absorbance of the complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content, and the absorbance is measured at the characteristic absorption wavelength of the complex. The ammonia nitrogen content in the water sample is calculated by the instrument. The instrument method complies with the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection standard "Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality - Nessler's Reagent spectrophotometric method" (HJ535-2009).
