The ATON caliper is an optical measuring device. Mainly for measuring the diameter, ellipticity, as well as the rib height, cross-sectional area, and meter weight of steel bars for circular profiles such as wires, rods, and pipes.

All ATON systems are equipped with Industry 4.0 and can provide Level 2 interfaces for remote control and summary reporting in factory networks. It can be connected to other sensor data, such as material velocity and temperature, and then used for data display and analysis.

In order to meet the high return on investment production needs, the ATON system has high cost-effectiveness. The efficient cooling and heating system integrated in the ATON system extends the temperature range to -10 ℃ to 50 ℃ (ambient temperature) with minimal energy cost. Due to the lack of computer cabinets and external cooling devices, the ATON system only occupies a small amount of space.
