1、 Overview:

AQJY-II Mining Safety Instrument Fully Automatic Comprehensive Testing and Calibration DeviceMeasurement, calibration, maintenance, and repair of methane sensors, carbon monoxide sensors, hydrogen sulfide sensors, and portable gas detection instruments such as methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, and methane oxygen detection and alarm devices used in monitoring and control systems for coal mining industry operation sites. The working pressure of the device is visible, and the output flow rate is adjustable and stable. The device is designed with four sets of standard materials with adjustable flow rates. Different specifications of standard gases can be configured according to customer requirements. The device can simultaneously calibrate eight gas sensors and fifty gas alarm devices. During calibration, the device's built-in system software automatically generates data reports and analysis, which are output and stored by the computer for easy reference and printing at any time.

2、 Characteristics:

1. Can be connected to a computer, transmit detection data to the computer, and perform storage, query, report printing, and other operations;

2. The work pressure is visible, and the output flow rate is adjustable and stable;

3. The components in contact with the working medium (switches, connecting pipelines, flow meters, pressure gauges) are all connected with metal, which is corrosion-resistant, anti-oxidation, and has a long service life;

4. The device is designed with 4 sets of standard materials with adjustable flow rates;

5. Built in DC18V power supply and eight sensor interfaces are provided for easy calibration of various sensors;

6. The device can detect electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and power failure of sensors;

7. The device is equipped with tools such as a (0~30) V DC power supply, a four and a half digit multimeter, and an electric soldering iron, making it easy to maintain various sensors and portable alarm devices.
